Arlington ACE has been renewed through December 2027, with our supplier transitioning to Direct Energy services starting in November 2024.

If you have questions about your participation for the term starting November 2024 going until December 2027, contact Direct Energy at (866) 968-8065, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST Saturday, or by email at aggregationsupport@directenergy.com.

For general program questions, email support_ma@goodenergy.com or call (800) 680-9104 to reach Good Energy, the Town of Arlington’s consultant that manages the Program. We will return your inquiry as soon as we can.
