Electricity Rates

Arlington Community Electricity (ACE) offers four electricity products for you to choose from, described below. You will also find information to compare Arlington Community Electricity products to Eversource Basic Service.

Product Choices Overview

The following applies to all Arlington Community Electricity (ACE) products starting in December 2019.

Term

The costs for all ACE program products are fixed for 30 months, from December 2019 through the meter read in November 2022.

Renewable Energy

All ACE program products include at least the State required minimum percentages of renewable energy. Three of our products have extra renewable energy included, above and beyond the State requirements.

All the extra renewable energy comes from local New England-based projects (MA Class I). Learn more here.

Exit Terms

At any time, ACE program participants can do the following without penalty:

  1. Switch between any product in Arlington Community Electricity; OR
  2. Leave any Arlington Community Electricity product and return to Eversource Basic Service

Applicability

Please note: Prices for all products in the Arlington Community Electricity program include a $0.001/kWh administration fee. Program prices could increase as a result of a change in law that results in a direct, material increase in costs during the term of the electricity supply agreement, but this did not happen during the last contract. Program prices apply only to the electricity supply portion of your Eversource electric bill. Delivery charges on your Eversource electric bill are not affected by the Arlington Community Electricity program.
